Terms of service.

These terms govern use of this website and engagement of True Results Cleaning LLC (“True Results Cleaning”) for home and rental cleaning services in California. By using the site or booking our services, you agree to them.

Estimates & scope

Estimates are based on the information you provide about your home and the service you request, and on the size of the home. Pricing is a size-based estimate and rates may vary slightly; we confirm your exact price when you book. If the home differs materially from what was described — far more square footage, condition well beyond a standard clean, or added rooms — we will discuss and confirm an adjusted price before proceeding, never after.

Scheduling, access & cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a visit free of charge up to 48 hours before it's scheduled. Cancellations inside that window, or lockouts that prevent us from cleaning, may carry a fee up to the value of the scheduled visit, since the time was reserved for you. Keys and entry codes are stored securely and shared only with the cleaners assigned to your home or rental. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, and will communicate any change as soon as we know it.

Standing behind our work

We take pride in the work and want you satisfied. If something was missed or isn't right, let us know promptly and we'll do our best to make it right. This covers the cleaning itself; it does not cover normal wear, pre-existing damage, or conditions we flagged as outside the scope of the booked service.

Liability

If we damage an item through our negligence, notify us promptly and we will work with you to repair, replace, or reimburse it fairly. Please secure irreplaceable valuables and disclose fragile or high-value items in advance. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the clean giving rise to the claim, except where the law provides otherwise.

Payment

We keep a payment method on file and charge after each clean, or invoice recurring plans as agreed. Recurring service may be paused or canceled with 48 hours' notice. Returned or failed payments may incur a fee, and past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
